I'm not local to this dealership/service dept. Great service! Needed an suspension inspection. They came back with a detailed diagnosis and recommendations. Rachel T, my service rep, was very courteous and took time to explain the findings. They fixed what I needed, and included a detailed list of upcoming maintenance concerns and associated costs in the bill so I know what to keep an eye out for. No issues after 700 miles of northeast city/highway driving. They threw in a complimentary wash for my service, which was well done. Thanks!
For my first car, this experience was amazing. Deidre Daniels is a women of her words, she was very patient with me for the past two months. They are the only Honda dealership that will promise you a car and the real dates when they actually come in and Deidre Daniels made that a promise. She was an excellent sales consultant, Deidre helped me settle a great monthly payment that I am able to afford.
