“ I tried to schedule a service appointment - they have a terrible AI system, which put me on hold for ages, and when the system said I could leave a number and someone would call back - I did so - and never got a callback. I also emailed Elvis one of their service staff to ask someone to call me back - no answer. They dont have an online schedule system either. So frustrating !! ”

I went there to get a car leased, sign the documents went home with the car then staff started to harass us to come back to switch to finance, promising that due to the inconvenience we would have 6 months no interest. Since the promised no interest for 6 months we thought it was a good deal later to fined out it was a lie. No we’re stuck with a car with a high interest and the car is completely damaged in my opinion. Imagine buying a 2026 car and it completely shuts down on you more than twice, service desk makes a schedule for you to get your car serviced and then upon arrival you are told they do not provide the services, like why waste my time. The list of issues I have with this company is long. Please do your research well before purchasing from this location. ”

After arriving on time, I ended up waiting nearly 3 hours while repeatedly being told it would take “a little more time.” In the end, the repair was not even completed, and I had to leave without having the recall addressed. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked about the timeline before booking the appointment. I understand delays can happen, but keeping customers waiting for hours without clear communication and then sending them away without completing the work is unacceptable. This was a complete waste of my time and not the level of service I expected from a dealership. ”

They waited an entire month to even explain that the information that I gave for the lien release wasn’t sufficient enough for them to give me the official plates. I called in because I was told that they received everything today and nobody ever informed me that I would need to be at the dealership at a certain time to receive my plates. Instead they told me that the lady Tina who does them has left for the day. This information is coming for an additional person. Very disappointed at how they disregard the needs of their customers.
