Everything was okay until the salesman asked me for my Social Security number, saying that the DMV needs it for the registration, and that was a lie. I got a notification that he tried to run my credit score even though I had a credit union on top of that. I gave a five-thousand-dollar down payment. The next day, I got the remaining money and I forgot that I had already put a down payment, so the check that I got from the bank and credit union was $5,000 over. I told them, and they said that I was going to receive my money immediately, and that didn't happen. I am still waiting for my refund, and they didn't even want to give me my original down payment receipt. The salesman kept it and he didn't want to give me a receipt, saying that I would get a refund. Something very fishy is going on in this place, and I believe all the reviews are fake. ”

I had gotten a letter from Jason Brown (not the person in question for zero stars) about coming in for trading in my older car for a newer car. At the bottom of the letter it was mentioned I would be able to get a free $40 gift certificate to use for Honda parts and services at this location anyway without the tradein happening. Jason was not there. This unamed individual in question would not honor the later portion of the letter. To him instead of treating a possible future customer correctly and professionally, it is more important to him not to lose money on a possible future $50,000 car purchase by not honoring the $40 gift certificate promotion. Heaven forbid a $40 "loss." Like that will make this dealship go out of business. Give me a break. Also, not just him specifically, it seemed many unnecessary channels were being utilized to keep from me being able to receive my entitled $40 gift certificate. Should have had the gift certificate or card on the spot. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience, all to try to save on honoring a free $40 gift certificate. ”
