Cabin Air Filter Service

Your Honda model’s heating and cooling system likely got put to serious use over the course of a Newark winter, so spring is a great time to check on the status of its cabin air filter. Typically accessible through the Pilot or Odyssey’s glovebox, it’s critical for keeping outside debris from entering the vehicle. Whether you stop by to let our technicians have a look or pop it out yourself, you’ll want to replace it if it’s coated with dust, grime, and dirt. With spring’s heavy pollen counts, drivers with seasonal allergies can use an activated carbon filter to enjoy some extra comfort.

Very disappointing service experience. I scheduled an appointment for a simple recall repair on the tire pressure compressor unit and confirmed the expected service time beforehand. After arriving on time, I ended up waiting nearly 3 hours while repeatedly being told it would take “a little more time.” In the end, the repair was not even completed, and I had to leave without having the recall addressed. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked about the timeline before booking the appointment. I understand delays can happen, but keeping customers waiting for hours without clear communication and then sending them away without completing the work is unacceptable. This was a complete waste of my time and not the level of service I expected from a dealership.

Very disappointed in the service that I received from this company. I experienced a lot of back and forth information between multiple with no solution. Today my temp plates expired. They waited an entire month to even explain that the information that I gave for the lien release wasn’t sufficient enough for them to give me the official plates. I called in because I was told that they received everything today and nobody ever informed me that I would need to be at the dealership at a certain time to receive my plates. Instead they told me that the lady Tina who does them has left for the day. This information is coming for an additional person. Very disappointed at how they disregard the needs of their customers. Clearly after you spend your money they no longer feel obliged to make sure the service that you receive is sufficient. I would never recommend them to anyone.
