Customer Service Representative 

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk! The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Job duties will be but not limited to the following:
  • Contacting and communicating with customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills a MUST
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Make a high volume amount of outbound calls
  • Receive a high volume of inbound calls
  • Strong interpersonal skills, in-person and over the phone
  • Contact customers to confirm appointments
  • Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Functions as a solid team player and work closely with teammates, field sales, and customer care to create a superior customer experience.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Maintain the highest levels of communications with customers - be proficient and professional.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Ability to work in a stationary Call Center area.
