Rachel was very helpful. I did encounter a gent in the beginning who’s desk I was told to sit down at. When. I did, he gruffly told me he was leaving and I should sit elsewhere. At that point I saw Rachel and that she was rather busy. She motioned that she would be done in just a second, and she took care of me. After that my experience would be fine, but that guy’s bedside manner needs some work.

Had a great expirence at Metro Honda. Henry Ong was Ace’s in handling the transaction. The staff was polite and friendly. From start to finish, it was a smooth transaction. Would highly recommend.

My 2017 Accord Touring DRL’s went off, went to Metro Honda to get them checked and Gabrielle (the service executive) told me they have tomorder them for me, and he will let me know when they will arrive, got a call on Monday that the headlights are in, went on Wednesday to get them fixed and they were fixed in no time, Gabrielle is an excellent service guy. Thanks Gabrielle.

I go to this location every time I need my car serviced. Rachel is the best!!!! She takes care of me and everyone in my family, as we all have Honda’s. She always remembers my name and what services I need when I come in.
