I also emailed Elvis one of their service staff to ask someone to call me back - no answer. They dont have an online schedule system either. So frustrating !! ”

I went there to get a car leased, sign the documents went home with the car then staff started to harass us to come back to switch to finance, promising that due to the inconvenience we would have 6 months no interest. No we’re stuck with a car with a high interest and the car is completely damaged in my opinion. Imagine buying a 2026 car and it completely shuts down on you more than twice, service desk makes a schedule for you to get your car serviced and then upon arrival you are told they do not provide the services, like why waste my time. The list of issues I have with this company is long. Please do your research well before purchasing from this location. ”

What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked about the timeline before booking the appointment.
