To keep the "Lifetime Customer Care Plan" effective, you must maintain your Honda as per the manufacture's recommendations printed in your owner's manual. All maintenance must be completed by Metro Honda. Failure to follow the Manufacturer's Maintenance recommendation at Metro Honda will void this plan in its entirety.
In the event of an Engine or Transmission mechanical breakdown, Metro Honda will repair or replace as necessary at its discretion any covered component. The repairs must be completed by Metro Honda and it is the owner's responsibility to get their vehicle to Metro Honda for repair or evaluation.
All internal "oil wetted" engine parts, including : pistons assemblies, crankshaft, main bearings, connecting rods, rod bearings, camshafts, camshaft bearings, timing chain and timing gears, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs, guides, oil pump, lifters. Engine block and cylinder head if damaged caused by above parts failure. All internal transmission "oil wetted" transmission parts, including gears, oil pump, automatic transmission clutches and seals, input and output shafts, valve body and torque converter.
